01 / The service
Training, built around your business.
ERPNext training for US teams is planned around the tasks each role must complete. We agree remote session times, practice data, acceptance exercises and the support handover. Training uses your scoped workflows rather than promising coverage of every ERPNext module.
Training should help people complete their work, understand the result and know what to do when something goes wrong. We plan ERPNext sessions around the tasks each role owns rather than showing every feature in the system.
Preparation starts with the workflows and participants. Finance, purchasing, warehouse and operational teams need different practice, and their tasks often depend on one another. We agree the scenarios, prerequisites and training environment before the sessions begin.
Practice includes exceptions as well as the usual transaction. Learners can work through corrections, approval requests and reporting checks using representative data. Questions that reveal an unclear business rule are recorded for the process owner rather than answered through an improvised workaround.
The handover is scoped around what the team needs afterwards. This can include task notes, reference material and follow-up sessions. Recording, documentation and delivery arrangements are agreed in advance so expectations are clear.
02 / Scope
What’s included.
We agree the scope with you before work begins. These are the areas we can cover.
Training needs review
Identify participant roles, existing familiarity and the workflows each group needs to complete independently.
Role-based sessions
Organize sessions around responsibilities such as purchasing, stock handling, sales or finance rather than a tour of unrelated screens.
Practical exercises
Use representative transactions and reports so learners can follow a task from its starting information to the expected result.
Exceptions and corrections
Practise rejected approvals, missing information and corrections, including when a user should stop and request help.
Working instructions
Scope task notes and reference material around the agreed workflows, with documentation and recording arrangements confirmed beforehand.
Readiness and follow-up
Review completed exercises and remaining questions, then agree follow-up sessions or process clarifications where needed.
03 / Our approach
Start with the problem. Agree the next step.
Where work gets difficult
A broad demonstration can leave users recognising a screen but unable to finish a real task. Training also becomes confusing when the process, permissions or practice data are not ready.
We agree role-based scenarios and prepare representative data in an appropriate environment. Participants practise the work, review the result and raise questions. Remaining process decisions and follow-up learning needs are recorded with an owner.
04 / Working together
A clear process, from first conversation to handover.
Agree roles and goals
Identify the people attending, their responsibilities and the transactions they need to practise.
Prepare the environment
Review the workflow, permissions and practice data. Agree session delivery, materials and any recording arrangements.
Practise and discuss
Work through the scenarios, check results and include the exceptions participants are likely to encounter.
Review readiness
Record completed exercises, remaining questions and follow-up actions. Hand over the materials included in the engagement.
05 / Benefits
What your team takes away.
A role-based learning plan
A defined set of participants, scenarios and prerequisites so each session has a practical purpose.
Evidence of completed practice
Exercises that help the team review whether participants can perform the tasks expected of them.
An agreed reference and follow-up pack
The task notes, materials and remaining questions included in the training scope, with owners for unresolved process decisions.
06 / A little clarity
Common questions.
Can training use our own workflows?
Yes. The most useful sessions are based on the tasks your team performs. We agree suitable examples and remove sensitive information from practice data where needed.
Do users practise in the live system?
Practice should use an appropriate training or test environment where mistakes do not affect live records. The environment and access are agreed before the sessions.
Are recordings and manuals included?
Materials and recording arrangements are agreed in the training scope. They are not assumed for every session, and recording requires agreement from the participants.
Can you train a team that already uses ERPNext?
Yes. Training can focus on new starters, a changed workflow, reporting, corrections or the tasks causing difficulty in an existing setup.
Can ERPNext training be delivered remotely for US teams?
Yes. We agree session times with your process owners, prepare a separate practice environment where available and work through role-specific transactions. Recordings, documentation, follow-up sessions and availability are specified in the engagement.
